Begin with a Zoom or phone consultation to get acquainted, get a thorough overview of your history, and formulate a path forward for healing.  Follow that up with a healing ceremony, including me taking a 1hr preparatory medicine walk.  End with a follow up session 1-2 weeks later.  Email support is ongoing as-needed.  We work until you feel that issue is resolved, and then there may be something else to address, either from your past or in the future.

The practitioner's Spirits often have a bird's eye view of any situation, including outside of time.  These sessions can provide invaluable insights to empower the client's next steps, whether that be healing, learning more, pursuing medical or mental health care, or something else.  I will journey for you, and my Spirits may have some work for us to do, or some suggestions for you to try, or something totally out of the box.  Email support is ongoing as-needed.

Gathering in Circle is an incredibly powerful way to feel a sense of belonging, community, connection, expansion, opening to possibilities, support, and so much more.  Being able to share in a safe space, and knowing you are a witness for a mutually rich experience is intrinsically necessary as a human being.  Topics range from ceremonially honoring our grief of nature beings and pets, addressing world issues, connecting to the web of light, and more.

For me, learning about shamanism, animism, and Nature has been a crucial part of my healing path.  I would not be able to apply my shamanic practice to my life without it.  I offer some free resources on my website, as well as regular workshops relating to building a shamanic practice, such as finding power places, going on medicine walks (which is how I wrote my book), and formulating + holding ceremonies.  These are often flowing with the seasons and holidays of the year.
